• I managed patient's cognitive and emotional well-being through counseling sessions.

• I monitor and assess my patients after the administration of medication for any potential reactions or non-reactions.

• I am responsible for documenting patient behavior and communicating any concern raising behaviors to the treatment team.

Cardiovascular In-Patient Unit

• I aid patients with mobility by providing physical support and pushing wheelchairs.

• I monitor patient's vital signs, adhering to a strict schedule, and communicate any concern raising observations to the RN.
