My job was to access a computer program the animal foundation and animal control use called chameleon and help the customers look for the pets in the shelter or help customers with the reclaiming process (picking up process with the shelter) there are certain laws that the state of Nevada haves when it come to have a pet but the 3 main laws are 1. Pet must be up to date with rabies shot if not before leaving the Animal foundation the pet must be given a Rabies shot. Law 2. pet must be microchipped if not before leaving the animal foundation the pet will have to be Microchipped. Law 3. All pets must be spayed or Neutered if not before leaving the animal foundation the pet will have to stay for surgery to get spayed or neutered me as and Admission Counselor had to help set/force these laws with the help of the city of animal control then my job was to take payments and give back change if necessary and give a receipt and the following instructions when it come down to pick up your pets. At the end of the day my job was to count all the money we have made for the day and also to make sure my bank doesn't come up short then I pass the money and bank to management with my calculations and a signed piece of paper from me the management team recount all the money and bank confirmed that everything is correct and sign and date the same piece of paper. I then put everything in the money safe after that is done I spend the

remaining shift putting in my notes for the day, answering and catching up on emails and phone call. Make sure the front office is cleaned and then i go help the back staffing team clean up the back part of the shelters where the animals are located and check and make sure that the animal are good, safe and

have everything they need for a over night stay then I clock out.
