  • 15 years of experience welding with multiple procedures such as FCAW, GMAW, SMAW in carbon and stainless steel, and light arc gouging. Xray certifed in carbon flux core .045 wire in a 3g position, Xray certified with a mig procedure called STT, that has been my daily operation through my career.
  • Manage operation of various fabricating machines, including a ellis band saw, piranha ironworker, Faccin 3 pin plate roll with a 2" thickness capacity that i have operated solo for 15 years. I have worked around a cnc plasma machine and have a general idea of operation. Operated front end loader to clear the table and stack cut product for next step in the manufacturing process.
  • Determine appropriate cut length and calculated parameters for rolling and stretch out estimation.
  • Optimize machine table setups by fastening and adjusting jigs and stops for precise material positioning.
  • Operate bench machines and hand tools to shape, fit, and assemble machine parts from metal stock.
  • Utilize bolts, shackles, and clamps to securely connect wire ropes and synthetic slings to overhead crane.
  • Optimize machine controls and settings to ensure precise rolling of material
  • Operate a front end loader, 10 ton and 25 ton bridge cranes, and forklifts ranging from 6,000lb capacity to a hyster H550 to facilitate efficient material handling.
