Since starting at the Winsor house at Island creek oysters and starting as a bartender I have created 9 original creative cocktails that have been added to the menu. One of my cocktails (Figment of Imagination) has been consistently in the top 5 for the last year and a half. I have a passion for seasonal ingredients and creating exciting drinks.
