When working at Center for Cardiovascular Excellence I was in charge of scheduling for employees, interviewing, hiring, and if necessary firing of employees. I also scrubbed procedures, monitored, and sedated while circulating procedures. I was responsible for inventory, contract negotiations for pricing, as well as lining up vendors to support procedures. Additionally, I trained all employees in the lab and pre/post area. I aided in developing the policy and procedures for the facility. I was responsible to maintaining our state certification as well as CLIA and COLA certifications. I acted as the liaison between the physicians ans staff as needed. I was responsible for communicating changes in any policies to the procedures in a timely fashion.

During my time at Halifax I scrubbed and circulated various angiography studies including peripheral interventions, aneurysm coiling, trauma embolization, SVC stenting, hepatic embolizations, and uterine fibroid embolizations. I was also trained int ultrasound guided access and placed PICC lines, central lines, and IV's as neede with ultrasound. I also scrubbed and circulated for Infus-a-port insertions and removals, dialysis catheter insertions, AV fistula grams and declots, and DVT studies. I also assisted with billing and coding of procedures.
