- Performed duties as Command Center supervisor.

- Oversee security department and six agents due to Security director was performing other duties in resort.

- controlled access into three major buildings by maintaining and updating access control.

- Processed new hires and created access badges. Programmed team members into key control (Traka)for key box access.

- worked with camera program Rhombus, did a large amount of video review investigations and updating the system.

- Worked and coordinated with all departments in regards to investigations, events and groups staying at the resort.

- Assisted guests with requests.

- Received and shipped FX Express, UPS and USPS. Also, received delivery of pallets from trucks. Assisted purchasing in receiving food and liquor deliveries when they were not available. Emailing notifying guests when their packages arrived prior to them arriving.

- Coordinated landing of helicopters and to drop off and pick up guests. Coordinated emergency landings of medical helicopters to pick up people to transport to hospitals.

- Responsible for fuel for the resort by coordinating with fuel company in refueling fuel tanks.

- Responsible for maintenance of sixteen vehicles. Coordinated with Bartow Ford and Kelly GM in getting vehicles regular maintenance done and getting damages repaired.

- W short handed on the road performed security agent duties on all three shifts by patrolling the area, performing security checks, responding to incidents, completing incident reports, protest aid when needed and coordinated with law enforcement and medical agencies.

- Walked store floors watching store of theft.

- Detained people that shop lifted.

- Did reports for Walmart and the courts.

- worked with law enforcement agencies.

- Reviewed video and created clips.

- Responsible for eighteen security officers.

- Supervised evening shift of four officers.

- Completed and reviewed incident reports.

- Responsible for the security and safety of students, employees and visitors.

- Worked and coordinated with law enforcement agencies and first responders.

- Responsible for department when director was off for different reasons.

- Coordinated with several departments on events happening on campus.
