Oversaw a team of 35 staff and $20 million in grants to over 150 community based organizations to increase census self-response rate in historically undercounted communities.


Led unprecedented collaboration between government and non-profit organizations, including co-developing a sophisticated written "Get Out the Count" campaign plan with non-profit partners.


Led campaign staff and partners through emergency shift to remote work following outbreak of COVID, successfully prioritizing team safety while exceeding benchmarks for city-wide self-response rate.

Service Employees International Union (2020)

Managed SEIU's collaboration with voting rights advocates in several battleground states to advocate for adoption of mail voting, drop boxes, and other efforts to expand voting options during the COVID pandemic. Oversaw the union's poll worker recruitment program that recruited over 20,000 predominantly people of color to apply for poll worker positions.


Americans for Financial Reform (2016-2017)

Organized and launched the Take on Wall Street coalition to unite unions, grassroots community organizations, and advocacy groups around a platform of federal Wall Street accountability proposals.
