Oversaw a team of 35 staff and $20 million in grants to over 150 community based organizations to increase census self-response rate in historically undercounted communities.

Led unprecedented collaboration between government and non-profit organizations, including co-developing a sophisticated written "Get Out the Count" campaign plan with non-profit partners.

Led campaign staff and partners through emergency shift to remote work following outbreak of COVID, successfully prioritizing team safety while exceeding benchmarks for city-wide self-response rate.

Managed $3 million charter revision public education campaign, winning city-wide referenda to expand public financing of elections and establish NYC's Civic Engagement Commission.

Advised Mayor de Blasio on federal issues and managed multi-city coalitions on protecting the Affordable Care Act, divestment from fossil fuels, and worker and tenant protections.

Oversaw expansion and rebuilding of Working Families Party state chapters in 9 states, convening state based labor and community partners, raising seed funds, and hiring and supervising State Directors.

Partnered with key philanthropic allies and state WFP leaders to secure a series of state and municipal policy wins on paid sick days and minimum wage increases.

Founded the Connecticut WFP and led its growth from a quixotic idea to the go-to progressive electoral and issue campaign organization in the state.

Managed 6-figure Independent Expenditure efforts that helped flip Connecticut's last two Republican-held Congressional Districts.

Oversaw communications, field, and government relations for groundbreaking, multi-year issue campaign that made Connecticut the first state to guarantee paid sick days for workers.

Led CWA's work to convene the Worker Power Coalition, uniting 40+ diverse organizations to advocate for the passage of the PRO Act (labor law reform). Led strategic planning process and hiring process to onboard first Director of the Worker Power Coalition.

Service Employees International Union (2020)

Managed SEIU's collaboration with voting rights advocates in several battleground states to advocate for adoption of mail voting, drop boxes, and other efforts to expand voting options during the COVID pandemic. Oversaw the union's poll worker recruitment program that recruited over 20,000 predominantly people of color to apply for poll worker positions.

Americans for Financial Reform (2016-2017)

Organized and launched the Take on Wall Street coalition to unite unions, grassroots community organizations, and advocacy groups around a platform of federal Wall Street accountability proposals.
