In charge of all compliancy for the Texas Commission on Fire Protection.

Head of vehicle maintenance, outfitting, purchasing, specs of fire apparatus. As well as periodic maintenance and testing of ladders and pumps on apparatus which include 2 class A pumpers, an urban interface class B pumper, a quint with 100' platform.

Head of PPE program, risk assessment, purchasing of gear and maintaining compliance with NFPA 1851.

Assistant Emergency Management Coordinator in charge of keeping jurisdictional preparedness profile up to date.

Point of contact for ISO field representative and consultant to maintain a rating of 2 for the last eight years.

Attend meetings and work with board members and Burnet Volunteer Department involved with ESD 7 of Burnet County.

Review applications and assist with hiring process and interview panel.

In charge of developing and implementing promotional processes for the positions of Driver/Operator, Lieutenant, and Captain.

Developed and implemented policies and procedures per NFPA 1403 for certified fire training facility.
