Responsible for the maintenance and construction projects on all buildings, bridges, structures, and grounds located on the Union Railroad Company’s Mon Valley properties. Specific duties include: planning and performing inspections, scheduling maintenance and construction projects, and performing jobs from start to completion. Other duties include: acting as a point of contact for outside contractors and ensuring their work is completed in a safe and efficient manner.

Coordinated a team of 20+ employees between multiple contracted jobs in compliance with all OSHA regulations, industry standards, and company rules. Duties included: safety, training, scheduling, inspecting, estimating, generating proposals, sales, and cross departmental communication.

Seasonal and part time work while completing college degree. Job included all aspects of a multitude of commercial roof and exterior waterproofing systems.
