Responsible for the direction and leadership of operational, financial, and personnel activities for the Plant Operations, Security, and BioMedical departments. This includes establishing, meeting, and continuously monitoring the goals and objectives while maintaining alignment with the strategic goals and objectives for DLP Rutherford Regional Health System. The major responsibility is directing the day-to-day operations, budgeting, and financial management. Working closely with a variety of stakeholders, coordinating the activities of Plant Operations, Security, and BioMedical departments to ensure we provide the best environment to promote excellent patient and staff care.

Also responsible for Environment of Care, Life Safety, and Emergency Management standards for regulatory inspections. Serve as the EOC chair and Safety Officer.

Supervised facilities staff and managed the day to day operations. Oversaw facility maintenance, ensuring optimal functionality of equipment and infrastructure at all times. Handled staff training initiatives aimed at maintaining competence in the workforce to meet hospital demands. Took the lead in preparing facilities department for Joint Commission survey process.

Led a team of machine operators and maintenance technicians in the daily tasks of CD/DVD production. Ensured complex machinery maximized uptime, orders completed timely, and production metrics were met or exceeded. Worked to continuously improve efficiency in the production and maintenance processes by implementing solutions to enhance teamwork between machine operators and technicians.

Power Plant Supervisor, Operator, Instructor and Technician. Led a team of plant operators in the safe operation and maintenance of a nuclear power plant. Directed and supervised a division of nuclear trained mechanics in plant operations, maintenance, and training. Responsible for the planning, scheduling and implementation of many extensive submarine upkeep and overhaul periods. Designated and served as the Machinery Division Supervisor, responsible for the satisfactory operation and maintenance of all submarine engine room machinery.
