  • Hired based on success of my independent business, Dreads Fit, and was given the most failed club in Texas out of 76 locations
  • As the club Director, within ten months increased and retained monthly training clientele, grew monthly billing from $17K to $90K
  • Built on a proven track record of developing and executing a hiring, training, developing and retaining process, I then proactively requested five clubs to execute the same program
  • Recruited trainers and team for all clubs, established training strategies and increased team training production that nearly tripled combined monthly revenue
  • After six months, another 12 clubs were added under my supervision and I was promoted to District Vice President
  • Directed a training staff of 140, sales staff of 110 and 61 managers across 18 clubs
