My responsibilities as a stow associate was to scan a product and find space in the bin to put it in. I had to make sure that the product was in good condition as well. My responsibilities as a pick associate was to grab a product that I was directed to from a bin and place the product in a tote. If the product happened to be too big to fit into the tote then it was my job to place the product into a separate tote and mark it as damaged. Also I had to make sure that the item wasn’t leaking and was in good condition. Both departments required a certain unit per hour.
