
My name is Jonah Ellis, I’ve worked on a raw bar serving cocktails of varied shellfish. I’ve shucked shellfish before. I’ve worked the front counter and as a busboy so I know hospitality. I’ve also worked as a line cook at a pizza shop, making both sandwiches and pizza and prepping. I’m level head, a quick learner and motivated.

Come in around one and prep for happy hour and dinner. I would shuck a lot of oysters, little necks etc. I’d make sure there’s shrimp, lime, lemon, cocktail sauce etc stocked. Would prepare and serve clean cocktails of a variety of shell fish, along side others, I can work well under pressure, and with others, level headed.
I cleaned tables after people left. I also waited on people by clearing dishes for people, filling waters, informing servers of needs, general hospitality. If in for an early morning I would help set up the restaurant, and every night help close the front of house. Talked to a lot of customers.
I do what I’m told to do and I try to do it well Im a fast learner and highly motivated I’m also very dependable and good with time management
