  • In my current role I am responsible for 3 direct reports. Together we oversee the smooth operation, configuration and support of our ADP eTime database for all of the US.
  • In my time at Maersk, I have helped meet changing demands by continued configuration of our ADP eTime system. Currently in our database, we have 7500+ users which has more than doubled since my hiring.
  • In addition to our growing population, I was responsible for the implementation and roll out of 152 Intouch H4 timeclocks across 50+ locations. Another 214 Intouch DX clocks are currently in the process of being rolled out for our new population.
  • At Maersk we have a unique structure, and my team and I manage multiple brands within the company. As we've grown and acquired different entities, most continue to operate in their own way. Because of the lack of standardization, these groups act as different companies with specific and unique needs. We also have Union colleagues who fall under specific CBA guidlines which poses its own set of complexities.
  • For the configuration piece, I am the sole creator of any special Pay Rules, Accrual Policies, Shift Differentials, Attestation Profiles(For CA Meal Penalty), Pay Codes and any the many other needs from our population.
