Summary

So as you know by now my name is Jonah and I believe highly in myself that im very good at what I do. This was not a self formed opinion as everywhere I go I seem to be asked if I have any information regarding how I could cloan myself or be in 2 different places at once haha. Im extremely passionate about food from seed to plate or pasture to plate. I care a lot about where my food is sourced and the energy that goes into it before it ever reaches my hands. I make an extremely devoted effort to make sure everything I do is done at its best and above all else its done to satisfaction and with love. Feeding people and making them happy is all I know how or care to do. Im looking or a place that is going to surround me with ambitious and interesting people who are also truly passionate about the cultural significance and importance of good food. Not looking for a place that's about the money or the fancy instagram posts I want real and quality food and people. Relationships are the core of our lives so the people and food were in relation with have a huge impact on us as a collective and I want to live and breathe that with each plate of food I send out and with each person I meet.   • This place is an off grid retreat center and commune located in Atitlan Guatemala near a small town called Santiago with a farm on site where I oversaw the operations pertaining to the guests as well as the land management

  • worked the window or inside expo we called it being responsible for all plating and organizing of plates in the window as they went out to be sold

  • Could work every station on line better than anyone in the building providing me with the understanding of the entire operation and how to best orchestrate a successful rush and shift overall
