Facilities Maintenance
- Assisted Walmart and Sam's Club stores with placing work orders for repairs on any piece of equipment in the store.
Fuel
- Assisted Walmart and Sam's Club fuel stations via phone call with gas pump failures, fuel spills, fuel delivery, and general maintenance issues.
Budget
- Assisted Walmart and Sam's Club locations via phone with inquiries on budget allocations based on store size, theft risk, and productivity of the store.
My Walmart Schedule
- Assisted Walmart and Sam's Club associates via phone regarding a new rollout in 2018 called My Walmart Schedule, which allowed associates nationwide to view and request time off via the new My Walmart Schedule app.
Resolution Specialist III – Insource, Emergency Operations, Digital Assets & EV Charging Agent:
Insource
- Provided white-glove service to Walmart and Sam's Club stores nationwide (including Puerto Rico) via phone, by ensuring that emergency and non-emergency general maintenance issues were documented and submitted for dispatch via work orders.
- Tracked the progress of submitted work orders to ensure on-time service for the stores. Worked with technicians to ensure the store’s HVAC and refrigeration systems were efficient.
- Made daily executive decisions that directly impacted a store's operations, sales, and life-or-death situations.
Emergency Operations
- Assisted Walmart and Sam's Club with hazardous and life-threatening situations via phone by providing standard operating procedures to Walmart and Sam's Club.
- Ensured proper protocols were enacted, and documented necessary information for internal or external investigations.
Digital Assets
- Worked with HVAC technicians to troubleshoot complex refrigeration programming issues, and relayed the information the technicians needed to perform their duties.
EV Charging
- Assisted Walmart with a pilot program in which they were taking ownership of a select number of ChargePoint EV charging stations across the U.S. for use at Walmart locations.
- Performed troubleshooting for customers who had issues with EV charging stations by rebooting the stations remotely, or walking them through a reset process in the Walmart app.
