I started my business from the ground up with nothing more than a vision, a limited budget, and a strong work ethic. I identified a market opportunity, researched competitors, and developed a clear business plan. With minimal resources, I handled everything myself—from securing a location and sourcing products to branding, marketing, and customer service. I built relationships with vendors, established an online presence, and consistently reinvested profits back into the business to scale operations. Over time, I grew a loyal customer base, expanded services, and streamlined processes. Every step was hands-on, driven by learning, persistence, and adaptability. Sadly after 4 years I had to close my doors. Due to landlord selling the property.
