I've worked here on Oahu prior to joining the service and I've always done my best to push myself to be the hardest worker in the room. I've done jobs that require more physicality and the same with jobs that are more in decision making as well as being responsible for company merchandise, and customer service. I've served in the US Army for 5 years receiving several awards as well as acknowledgements for not only my accomplishments here in the US, but also for my achievements overseas. I've been through several training schools that include not only combat skills, but also schools and training that work to improve leadership and management skills. I don't know everything. But I am always hungry to learn. I've worked under pressure and I've always kept myself to maintain professional conduct even though I wasn't always successful. I will always work hard no matter what the task. And maintain professionalism at all times, not only with customers and clients, but also with fellow peers and subordinates. Decisive planner and analytical problem solver with skill in managing teams to meet stringent objectives. Personable and collaborative demeanor demonstrated through polished communication and willingness to apply team feedback to resolve challenges. As for my personal life, I've been married for 12 years and my beautiful wife and I have 3 amazing sons, and a beautiful daughter together. My work reflects the importance of my family and personal values.
