Oversaw the fabrication and installation of one 36" and one 42" natural gas line under big salt creek. Job duties included overseeing the welding and fabrication of the pipeline that was installed as well as all coating applied.

Oversaw the safe excavation of Enbridge buried pipelines as well as the repair being made. Observed and documented the repair process as well as all other pertinent information associated with repair. Many different type of repairs were made such as recoat, Clock Spring, type B sleeve.

Oversaw welding activity's on 6 miles of 8" natural gas distribution pipeline. Project took place in downtown and residential areas of very populated area of Atlanta, Georgia. Oversaw many different crews on a day to day basics.

Oversaw day to day activity of tie in crew on 101 miles of 30'' natural gas liquids pipeline for OneOk. I ensured the pipe was installed in a safe and timely manner all while documenting all needed data. Held contractor to all specifications put for by OneOk as well all other governing bodies. After pipeline was tied in I then took over the role anomaly dig inspector and managed a dig crew. As dig inspector I accessed the severity of the anomies and coordinated the repairs.

Oversaw and documented the lowering in process of 42" pipe on the Atlantic coast pipeline due to the extremely rugged and steep hills of West Virginia. My primarily function as the lowering in inspector was safety and compliance all while protecting the assets owned by Dominion Energy. All while following the strict environmental guidelines set forth by FERC.

Organized and oversaw the fabrication of pig launchers and receivers to accommodated TDW smart tools (ILI). Coordinated times and dates of tool runs between TDW and Plains all-American pipeline project mangers and operation personal. Oversaw 9 different tool runs on pipelines ranging from 6" to 16" all while managing a six many crew on a daily basis.

Oversaw all phases of repairs on 103 miles of ILI anomaly digs for Plains all American pipeline(PAAPL). Inspected all repairs to insure that they were made in accordance with guidelines set forth by PAAPL. Kept in close contact with the integrity team to insure the job was on track. All while managing a 8 man crew on there day to day tasks to insure safety and compliance

Over saw a wide range of welding activities on many different crews such as tie ins, pipe gang, firing line, HDD etc. All
while holding the contractor to the specs set forth by Plains All American Pipeline and API 1104. And insuring that the task at
hand being done was in a safe manner and mitigating any hazards that could arise.

Preformed welding inspection for Koch pipeline on their Minnesota pipeline 4 reliably project which is a series of booster pumps on the pipeline. Duties included making sure proper martials are delivered on time and of the proper speciation per the drawing. Also keeping track of welder compliance to insure the welds are being made to the company speciation.

Preformed welding inspection for Spectra energy on the AIMS project which was a large 42" pipeline project. Duties for this
project included inspection over 465' road bore which had to be hand tunneled due to DOT regulations. During the bore hand
miners were inside the 48" .980 wall casing using shovels and a rail system to complete the bore. Other duties included keeping track of welder compliance and proper documentation. Along with making sure the task at hand was done safely and on schedule.

Inspection with Koch Pipeline Company on integrity project including: Integrity/ILI investigation, cutouts, welding type A
and B sleeves, re coats with a number of different coating methods . Station work including: Line Tie-Ins, Stopple and valve
installation, cut-outs and pig installation/monitoring. Torch flanges in accordance with code and procedure. Use alignment
sheets and P&IDs to help contractor locate site and identify any hazards that may be present in the excavation and or
surrounding area. Provide safety work plan of action for day to day processes. Complete Safe Work Permit per job and
communicate/discuss all job related hazards crew. Work in tandem with contractors reporting accurate and meticulous data .
Over-see excavation process to ensure all standards are met. Monitor hazardous gas levels periodically. Document and
communicate daily progress on specific job. Communicate job progress to all affected leadership roles.

Inspection with Koch Pipeline Company on integrity project including: Hydro work, Cut-outs, Integrity/ILI investigation.
Usealignment sheets to help contractor locate site and identify any hazards that may be present in the excavation and
orsurrounding area. Provided safety conscious plan of action for day to day processes. Completed Safe Work Permit per
joband communicate/discuss all job related hazards to the crew. Over-saw excavation process to ensure all KPL standards
aremet. Monitored hazardous gas levels periodically. Documented and communicated daily progress on specific job

Duties included makingsure all tools and supplies were available at the job site. Keep track of heatnumbers as well as MTR and other related documentation. Constructednatural gas compressor units and other equipment related to the system.Supervised and applied a wide range of different coating and corrosion barriersystems. Assisted welders by spacing and fitting the pipes they werewelding. Helped welders understand isometric drawing and dimensions. Oversawwelding, stringing, fabrication, jeeping, coating, lowering in, tie ins, hydroand nitrogen testing. Worked with a wide range of gas companies and understandtheir methods and procedures. Constructed polyethylene piping ranging from 2"-8" as well as digging the trench for installation under ground.

Duties included laying pipe for natural gas pipelines. I worked on several different crews such as stringing, coating, and lower in, tie in and clean up. Ran equipment when necessary
