• Assisted Cost Account Managers (CAMs) with EVMS activities including: Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development and alignment; time phasing of tasks; developing and documenting earned value methods, performance measurement; estimate to complete analysis updates and variance analysis research and reporting.
