  • As the Installation Division Manager, I led a team of more than 20 installers, overseeing all aspects of HVAC projects ranging from small residential replacements to large new construction jobs. My responsibilities included duct design, fabrication of custom ductwork and plenums, ordering and coordinating all project equipment and materials, and ensuring timely, high-quality installations and repairs. I managed a wide range of systems, specializing in Trane equipment while also working extensively with American Standard, Goodman, Carrier, Coleman, Ruud, Fujitsu, and Mitsubishi mini-split systems. Each day, I conducted morning meetings to set expectations and assign tasks, managed payroll for the division, and met with homeowners, business owners, and project managers for pre-walkthroughs and progress updates.
