Jonathan Clark

I am responsible for providing HVAC and refrigeration support to all of our warehouses and providers within the western Canada region. I troubleshoot issues with warehouse equipment, coolers, freezers, and other refrigeration and HVAC components. I also track order changes and discrepancies, and communicate with our carriers. Recently I was tasked with designing an operational dashboard that measures real-time data that can be used to improve our forecasting module.

• Served high customer volumes during special events, nights, and weekends.
• Managed cash handling duties responsibly, ensuring accurate accounting at the end of each shift.
• Performed opening and closing duties, printing sales reports, setting up for incoming shift, preparing cash drawers, and taking inventory.
• Efficiently opened or closed the bar according to established procedures, ensuring preparedness for each shift.
• Coordinated events such as trivia and Karaoke night which encouraged new and existing customers to return to our establishment more consistently.

These key components allowed me to excel in that position and contribute to the growth and popularity of the bar. I accomplished this while only working four nights out of every week and maintaining a fulltime career elsewhere.
