I’m a 28 year old father of one. I’m a second generation plumber, father took me to work starting at age 10. Was able to operate heavy machinery before I graduated middle school. Have worked construction and service/repair in commercial/ industrial type plumbing full time since 2014. I do know residential I just prefer commercial but will go wherever I’m needed. Since 2014 I have led build outs in over 100 office spaces for TI work and have built more commercial restrooms than I can remember as well as plumbing in chemical and steam lines. Clients procured and maintained for my company due to work I’ve done are Prologis- Los Angeles, Prologis- Cerritos, Prologis- Inland Empire, Rexford industrial real estate, Watson land company, Carson land company, Norm Wilson and Sons General Contractors, Smith and Severson Builders, BluSky Restoration, and Many other smaller local contracting companies across every county south of Ventura. I have had my journeyman’s license since 2019 and completed apprenticeship program the same year. Have worked for same employer for 10 years, family business, opened by my father and I in 2014 under his C36 license and within two years became a multi million dollar plumbing company and still only operated by now 10 man crew. I will not take all the credit as there are many employees that have come and gone however I am the only construction manager and have done most of the grunt work to grow the family business. From bidding, to ground cutting, laying underground to top out and roof penetration. Setting finish to running a main line or camera. I’m well experienced in most plumbing procedures. I like make sure my work is neat and is left tidy. Love teaching new apprentice and helpers. Love the trade and helping people out and am looking to help grow any company that allows me to grow with it.
