• Lead, design and deliver all sports science support work. Including carrying out individual player needs analyses, and delivering laboratory and field-based physiological assessments.
• Lead, design and deliver on the tactical periodisation programme in conjunction with the technical staff, to aid in physical preparation of players for match days.
• Lead, design and deliver all strength and conditioning practices for players within the first team environment including pre-habilitation, rehabilitation, and strength and power.
•In depth match analysis generation and distribution to allow feedback of performance to coaches and players.
•Ensure adequate hydration and nutritional status of players to maintain performance at optimal levels.
•Monitoring of training sessions using heart rate/GPS units to ensure proposed intensities have been adhered to.

- Manage the monitoring of internal and external loads through collection of end of session RPE's post training and ACWR to aid in the tactical periodisation outcomes of the particular training day.
