As a Senior Analyst/GEOINT SME at the U.S. Army Futures Command's Developmental Test Support Detachment (DTSD) in HAAF, Savannah, GA, I provide extensive support to ACM-F and PM IS&A as the U.S. Army Intelligence Ground Station user representative. I contribute to TITAN Capability Needs Analysis, Requirements Decomposition, product research, and prototype assessment strategy, planning, and execution. Additionally, I research, evaluate, and characterize emerging capabilities associated with the TGS, OGS, and TITAN, supporting ground station modernization efforts. I also manage the DTSD test environment and secure facility, including configuration of intelligence and mission command nodes, satellite communications systems, tactical data links, simulations equipment, architecture, and coordination of assets. My expertise includes integration of emerging Tactical GEOINT capabilities such as joint aerial sensor interoperability with the U.S. Navy's P8 Advanced Airborne Sensor and Common Data Link (CDL), incorporating Low Earth Orbit (LEO) Communications, and providing deep analysis of current ground station gaps and requirements.

• Served as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Tactical Intelligence Ground Station, providing support to the Program Manager, Distributed Common Ground System, Army (PM DCGS-A) and TRADOC Capabilities Manager-Foundation (TCM-F). Utilized extensive expertise to inform decision-making processes, resulting in enhanced capabilities and achievement of program goals.
• Coordinated and executed regular Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System (JSTARS) interoperability regression testing for U.S. Army and Marine Corps ground system variants. Worked closely with stakeholders to ensure efficient testing, accurate analysis of results, and system interoperability maintenance, resulting in successful mission execution.
• Designed and implemented a 3-week resident training program focused on advanced integration and operation of Geospatial Intelligence, Communications, and Targeting systems used in U.S. Army Intelligence Ground Stations. Ensured program effectiveness and addressed trainee needs, resulting in enhanced personnel capabilities and improved mission effectiveness.
• Developed an in-depth understanding of current published Tactical Geospatial Intelligence (TAC-GEOINT) requirements, supported the Capabilities Management Office in requirements analysis and decomposition efforts, and accurately defined and prioritized requirements to effectively support organizational needs.
• Designed and administered multiple developmental and regression test configurations, networks, and environments for the DCGS-A Release 2 Tactical Intelligence Ground Station software releases, and executed Army Interoperability Certification (AIC) and Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) certification test events for the Tactical Intelligence Ground Station, validating Ground Terminal to Aircraft interoperability for various aerial sensor platforms.
• Briefed Senior Army Leaders, including General Officers, on all facets of ground station systems, conducted trade study efforts for hardware being considered for the TGS and emerging/future ground station(s), and performed numerous user advocate functions to provide dedicated and focused support for capability development and user activities associated with current and emerging IEW systems.

• Served as lead systems Integrator at Fort Gordon, GA (513th MI), Camp Arifjan, Kuwait (297th MI) and Fort Bliss, TX ( 4BCT 1st AD) including 2 Combat deployments to Iraq.
• Led all activities related to documentation, implementation, security regulatory compliance, systems maintenance, and procurement of resources and materials for the Intelligence & Electronic Warfare (IEW) Systems Maintenance Section.
• Conducted advanced troubleshooting and devised corrective actions for a range of intelligence systems, including Trojan SATCOM terminals, Tactical Intelligence Ground Stations (TGS, CGS), Intelligence Processing Center (IPC-2), Prophet Signals Collection equipment, workstations, and networks.
• Designed, documented, and executed maintenance procedures for 4 separate Intelligence Data Centers, SATCOM terminals, and other C4ISR systems, including system upgrades, patch management, and system backups.
