The shift consist of breaking down incoming pallets of deliveries for stocking products on shelves. Understanding were each item belonged throughout the store. Being a team player following policies and proper safety procedures. Time restraints were added due to the fact there were so many products to stock. Instructed to create displays with products due to promotions of certain products. Using pallet jacks to remove bales of carboard for recycling. Also storing products in the proper area before my shift was over.

Sorted and organized merchandise in preparation for shipment. Communicated shipment for departure and arrival times to clients. Inspected products for defects or damaged merchandise and reported discarded items to supervisors. interacted effectively with staff through on going communication for exchange of information. Input product information, also quantities into warehouse database. Informed the supervisor about stock and discrepancies in inventory quantities. Reported malfunctioning or damaged equipment for repair. Replenished shelves with incoming stock orders and performed daily spot checks on inventory. Operated forklifts, pallet jacks to transport shipments and equipment. Maintained company inventories, also completed product counts for reports. Moved products and equipment to appropriate locations to maintain workspace.

Overall store operations, Inventory management, payroll, training employees and doing the scheduling.
