As an Individualized Home Supports (IHS) provider, my responsibilities included:

• Collaborating with clients to develop personalized care plans aimed at achieving specific goals.
• Maintaining detailed records of activities conducted and observations concerning client well-being.
• Facilitating client engagement with their community.

My responsibilities while interning with 360 Communities involved supporting community members in need. These responsibilities included:

• Assisting clients with scheduling appointments and navigating food shelf services.
• Participating in community outreach events such as a free farmers market, where I collected client information and ensured efficient food distribution.
• Gained valuable experience working with clients experiencing financial hardship.
