  • Install access point clusters for AMI, which includes using step down transformers. (usually 480 down to 120)
  • Install, remove, change, disconnect, and reconnect mechanical, RF, and AMI meters (120-480v)
  • Enter substation for meter reads, repair, changeout, and troubleshooting
  • Program and test single and three phase meters, including network, self contained and CT
  • Check above meters for proper operation and accuracy, also check AMI meters for communication and status
  • Investigate irregular usage, energy diversion and perform disconnect and reconnect functions as needed
  • Repair meters, meter sockets, and meter installations
