I am dependable, reliable, responsible, excellent at communication skills, highly motivated, excellent in problem solving skill, respectful, and work well with others (teamwork).
Construction of a retaining wall over a multi-week period. Help digging trenches, prepping the area, laying drainage, etc. Cutting and installing the bricks and cleaning up after the entire project was done.
I attended a one week Space Camp @ Kennedy Space Center in Florida and a one week program, Aviation Challenge, in Huntsville Alabama which entails a combination of critical thinking, teamwork and leadership training. I received a certification in both camps.
My love and fascination in aircraft started when I was about 3 years old, my mom working at PDX, on the weekend she would take me with her to work and we go up to the 7th floor at the airport and watch the commercial planes and military aircraft taking off and landing. If we weren't at the airport I was building model rockets with my dad and launch them at any open field we came across. Then I started to travel internationally and domestically and I had my first hands on experiences inside of a commercial airliners. At 12 years old my dad rented a plane and hired an instructor to introduce me to actually piloting and did the same for gliders. (plane rental in Troutdale, Hillsboro Airport, and glider lessons at Willamette Valley Soaring Club). I love camping, hiking and fishing those are 3 things we do every summer. I hiked the Sisters, Multnomah Falls, Mt. Hood area and many more places around Oregon.
I am planning to pursue my aerospace engineering degree, A&P, and private pilot license (possibly commercial lics. and multi-engine cert.) after high school.
