During my tenure at Titan Environmental USA, I gained extensive knowledge not only about the geosynthetic industry but also about my own capabilities and growth.
I began my journey in fabrication, collaborating with a diverse team to build and assemble a variety of orders. This experience allowed me to deepen my understanding of various materials, including their strength properties, intended applications, and testing standards, while also honing my efficiency in working with them. The connections I developed during this time resulted in lasting friendships and a strong sense of teamwork.
Transitioning to the construction team, I traveled across the United States and had the opportunity to work with over 100 different individuals. Our workdays often stretched to ten hours, six days a week. This phase was pivotal in shaping my work ethic and self-awareness. My dedication and leadership qualities were recognized when I was promoted by my supervisor to the role of Crew Foreman. In this capacity, I learned to communicate effectively, adapt to changing weather scenarios, manage interpersonal challenges among team members, and ensure projects remained on schedule and within budget. Additionally, I worked closely with Project Managers to plan and provide accurate job quotes.
Most recently, I was promoted to Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative, where I have been able to leverage my hands-on experience to engage effectively with clients and contribute to the company's sales objectives. In this role, I collaborated with Outside Sales Representatives, Project Managers, and the procurement team to maintain our project pipeline and proactively seek out new opportunities. My responsibilities included customer outreach, keeping CRM systems updated, contacting prospects, and addressing any issues our customers may have. During this period, I have been involved in over $5 million worth of sales and over $10 million worth of quotes. I am truly grateful for the time I have spent at Titan Environmental.
