  • Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and recover the M1 Abrams Main Battle Tank (MBT) utilizing portable and on board troubleshooting software, specialized tools, and even improvising tools to accomplish whatever task needs to be accomplished.
  • As well as utilizing heavy equipment to recover the vehicle or other vehicles.
  • Awards: Master Driver's Badge with T device, Master Mechanic's Badge, Several ARCOMS, D.C. Emergency Service Ribbon, Army Service Ribbon, Global War On Terrorism, and Tennessee Army Commendation Medal.
  • Accomplishments: Operated the M88A2 Armored Recovery Vehicle (ARV) with zero accidents or safety violations. Set a record within the 278th Armored Cavalry Regiment for fastest hook up to a M1 Abrams MBT in under 2 minutes flat on my 5th day that still stands today. Deployed to Washington D.C. and assisted police in riot control actions with zero negative incidents. Deployed to Poland during Operation: Atlantic Resolve as an Enhanced Forward Presence. While there, built up relations with both military and civilian allies, demonstrating skills in learning and maintaining knowledge of Language and Culture. Trained over 15 individuals on M88A2 ARV operations, safety, and max capabilities of that system. Trained over 15 individuals on better troubleshooting techniques.
  • Responsibilities upheld: Tool box with over $7,000 worth of tools without a single loss and organized to standard or mission requirements. Individual Soldier Equipment worth over $4,000 maintained and in working order without a single loss. A platoon of M1 Abrams MBTs (4 tanks), worth over $6 Million per unit (M1A1) and over $13 Million (M1A2 SEP V.3), maintained and average turn around time being less than the average expected time.
