Jonathan Gainey

I have over a year of experience, with overtime every week, doing plumbing in all phases of construction. When I first started it was mainly production work but for the past 7-8 months it has been custom homes and remodels. I have also been doing gas work throughout the duration of this period whether it is running gas lines or cooktop/stovetop conversions and changeouts. I have a good understanding of the plumbing code and I am working towards becoming licensed. I have also ran jobs with 1-2 other guys working with me.

This was my introductory job into the construction realm. Mainly just worked on one house in Leland. We gutted the whole house to level the floors and eliminated walls to be replaced by LVLs. I got a lot of experience doing all different things involved in building a house but nothing specialized like my plumbing experience. Throughout this job I also occasionally installed handicap accessibility solutions working in conjunction with the parent company.
