Finally, with the FLEX ICU float pool position allows to provide direct care to Neuro and Liver patients with deteriorating medical conditions.

Provided compassionate care to critical patients and the ability to recover postoperative Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG), Bentall procedure, temporary epicardial pacing through a pacemaker, and valve replacement patients. Consequently, supervise and monitor hemodynamically unstable patients with life support mechanical ventilation, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP), Impella heart pump, Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT), and induced hypothermia with the use of Arctic Sun status post cardiac arrest and ischemic brain damage. Moreover, provided close monitoring and care to stroke status post Tissue Plasminogen Activator (tPA) administration. Incorporated direct care to patients with different arrhythmias, post Video-Assisted Thoracoscopic Surgery (VATS), alcohol withdrawal (ETOH), and Diabetic Ketoacidosis (DKA).
