  • Reviewed proposed stormwater drainage plans for propose new development in the Town of Medley. For every new development, reviewed the stormwater drainage report and ensure substantiate documentation was provided in order to backup the proposed drainage design. Drainage report information analyzation consisted of: rainfall information, time of concentration calculations, groundwater information, and water quality & quantity calculations.
  • Simulate/test the proposed drainage design using flood routing software ( such as ICPR 3 & 4) in order to verify if design meets the Town's and county stormwater management requirements.
  • Provide plan review commentaries and established meetings with design professionals, contractors, and other interested parties to discuss design/technical code issues, which were encountered during the civil review.
