- I had to add my ingredients into liquifier. 50lbs butter squares , 50 lbs sugar bags & salt various other ingredients too depending the recipe and blend to a liquid. Would add water by the controller pad.
- I controlled the machines operation by the screen pad knew how to run both the liquifier and the mixer on automatic or manually.
- I would unload flower to the mixer by the control pad or by hand occasionally. Then I would pump the liquifier ingredients to the mixer with flower to mix perfectly into dough.
- I would have to document every batch.
