I ran my own business for 3 years

I did everything from HR to payroll.

Had up to 20 employees

Sub-contracted for a commercial and household moving company.

I did installations of atm's and coin machines for banks.

Did some light concrete,electrical and carpentry on job sites.

I worked with the project manager ,IT and other contractors in making sure these projects were completed in a timely manor.

Moved business from one place to another in a timely manor and making sure moves were cost effective and completed on time within our means.

Worked with the transportation manager and sales people to ensure jobs were running on time, workers were where they were supposed to be and keeping jobs within budget and or around estimate.
