I operated a forklift to unload trucks of various materials such as wood planks, metal posts/rails, PVC panels as well as boxes of fittings. I assisted in sorting and organizing material/pallets in the staging areas around the warehouse, as well as general cleanliness upkeep. I also loaded installers' work trucks with the appropriate material for their current jobs.

I handled delivery of materials to customer homes and businesses, with a partner or on my own. I assisted in receiving, inspecting, and storing all flooring material such as carpet, vinyl tile, and ceramic. I operated a forklift and a pallet jack to efficiently handle heavy material.

I was also responsible for completing quarterly inventories for various items. I unloaded shipments, filled orders for installers to take for their jobs, and handled cleaning duties of both the warehouse area and the offices/showroom.

I assisted in the construction/installation of decks, handled pick ups and deliveries of materials, and aided in retrieval of removed materials prior to installation. I also delivered discarded materials to the dump yard.
