As a server, I efficiently managed a high volume of tables, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring prompt, accurate order fulfillment. I collaborate with kitchen staff and handled customer inquiries and issues professionally. My role involved maintaining a clean work area and upholding health and safety standards, contributing to a positive dining experience for all guests.

As a service assistant, I greet guests at the entrance and take them back to one of our tables, manage the waitlist, and bus tables around the restaurant in a timely manner to maintain the flow of the restaurant. I am also a certified trainer and train all of the new service assistants that the company hires.

As a cast member, I performed multiple tasks such as taking customer orders for food and beverages, maintained cleanliness of the dining and arcade area, prepared food for guests in the kitchen, and dressed up in the Chuck E. mascot to dance and entertain the children in the arcade area.

As a crew member at McDonald's, I undertook various positions in the restaurant such as working the front register and handling money while taking customer orders, prepared food for customers in a timely manner, and provided great customer service for their complaints and maintained a high satisfaction rate.
