- Since 2016, Represented in Miami-Dade County 1000 individual flight attendants in their claims against cigarette manufactures R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company and Philip Morris USA Inc. for death and disease caused by their exposure to secondhand environmental smoke during the time when smoking was permitted by U.S. airlines during domestic and international flights, pursuant to the rights created by the Broin class action settlement.
- Collaboratively tried with co-counsel dozens of Engle cases leading to multi-million-dollar verdicts.
- Counseled clients on potential outcomes of legal matters involving their individual smoker's claims, as well as on the complexities of high-stakes litigation.
- Negotiated and closed a year long, multi-million-dollar settlement of the balance of untried Engle and Broin tobacco cases with attorneys for R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company and Philip Morris USA Inc.
