I was Leader and responsible for a group of men and women that fabricated and installed and commissioned all process piping and supports. My job was to have everything my crew needed to perform the skilled trade , prior to them needing it and plan work to meet client needs. Most importantly I was responsible for setting my team up to complete task and scope completely safe with no injuries and last but not least , setting them all up to succeed. I kept up with time weekly also.

• Liaised between field engineers and trade workers align construction projects with drawings and specifications.
• Supervised layout, assembly and installation of various sizes and types of drainage pipes.
• Assembled and secured pipes, tubes, fittings and related equipment according to project specifications.
• Collaborated effectively with project managers to ensure seamless integration of piping systems into larger construction initiatives, ensuring timely completion of all work.
• Played a pivotal role in securing repeat business from satisfied clients through consistent delivery of excellent results within agreed-upon timelines and budgets.
• Delivered exceptional results under tight deadlines by prioritizing tasks, delegating responsibilities, and overseeing all aspects of pipe installation projects from start to finish.
