• Support senior pastor in developing impactful sermon series, resulting in increased attendance and spiritual growth.

• The Director of Strategic Growth (DSG) is responsible for creating and managing the ministry’s new financial infrastructure.
• The DSG is responsible to work with the Associate Director and the ministry’s financial consultant(s) to formulate new strategies for donor development, especially the yearly donor campaigns.
• The DSG is responsible for organizing and sending the monthly email updates to the ministry’s partners.
• The DSG will help provide awareness of the ministry’s donor

campaigns via the ministry’s websites, social media pages, etc.

Online Content Creation

• The Director of Strategic Growth (DSG) will assist in the planning, filming, production, and marketing of Allen Hood Online courses.
• The DSG will also assist in the administration of the online courses, specifically in the areas of email correspondence, technical backend work in Kajabi, and moderating the weekly webinars.
• The DSG will help create a bridge between the ministry’s online educational platform and the ministry’s donor development.
• The DSG will work with the Director and Associate Director to strategically grow the ministry’s creative content — writing books and blogs, making podcasts, etc.

• Collaborated with parents to address specific needs and goals for their children''s academic progress.
• Provided one-on-one support for students facing academic challenges, resulting in improved grades and increased confidence in their abilities.
