- Re-ladle: transfer metal from breakdown furnace to pouring ladle
- Verify metal is 1300 degrees Fahrenheit minimum
- Prepare medal by adjusting ladle temperature and add chemical additives per alloy (such as: magnesium, zinc, tibor, etc.)
- Preform metal chemistry samples and prep for pouring
- Pour, purge mold, check and set up crane and verify metal temperature
