Performed scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of A-10 weapons systems while adhering to Air Force safety standards and ensuring compliance with technical data and regulations. With prior experiences, my responsibility as a full time Active Guard Reserve (AGR) includes, but not limited to:

• Inspecting, dissembling, testing, and reassembling aircraft mission equipment (AME) that exclusive to the A-10 for periodic inspection to ensure functionality during flight and maintaining longevity of equipment for future usage.
• Managing DIT program to audit work center documentation in compliance to Air Force Instruction.
• Using TCMAX program to track precise location of support equipments, toxic chemicals, and personnel protective equipments.
• Ensure all tablet containing technical data are current on weekly basics.
• Perform audits on government vehicles on daily and monthly basics to ensure serviceability.

Working as a Field Service Engineer for Lectra includes, but not limited to :

• Performed onsite installation, modification and maintenance of complex percussion fabric cutters to multi million dollars company.
• Examined faulty component, interpreted reports and analyzed customer complaints to diagnose fabric cutters malfunction.
• Collaborated with engineering teams during product development phases to provide valuable insights from a field service perspective.
• Scheduled service calls according to customer location and urgency of need.
• Established strong relationships with customers through clear communication and consistent follow-up on outstanding issues.
• Provided expert technical assistance during installation of fabric cutters, ensuring proper setup and alignment of complex machinery components.

As a New Jersey weapons troop working with F-16's, my responsibility includes, but not limited to:

• Upload and downloading explosive and aircraft mission equipment from running fighter jets.
• Working at a high speed tempo and high stress environments to get the jets mission ready.
• Ensure accurate accountability of aircraft equipment beginning and end of day.
• Updating and logging inventories of hazardous material of accountability.
• Document every tasks that was accomplish and to ensure all information entered into IMDS (Intergraded Maintenance Data System) are in Air Force Instruction compliance.

As a full time employee for New Jersey Air National Guard, IT monitor was my secondary duty. My responsibility as an IT monitor includes, but not limited to:

• Managing and updating personnel training records to ensure compliance with current certification requirements for system usage and access.
• Maintain accountability of government-issued laptops and desktops across workstations.

During my time as an Aircraft Ordinance System Specialist, I have:

• Supported TDY to Nellis AFB, NV for live loading exercise.
• Supported TDY to Boca Chica Naval Air Station, FL for air combat turnaround.
• Supported TDY to Tyndall AFB, FL for live loading exercise.
• Supported TDY to Naval Support Activity Base, Bahrain, to support the Royal Air Base.
• Supported AEF to Homestead, FL for potus mission.
• Supported AEF Operation Inherent Resolve to Prince Sultan Air Base, Saudi Arabia.
