Outside board member of a $250MM special purpose acquisition corporation (SPAC). Assisted in raising the risk capital for the transaction. Responsibilities will include sourcing and analyzing merger opportunities and raising capital, if required, at the merger closing.

Sourced and processed over $10 billion in transactions including IPOs, follow-ons, private debt placements, mergers and debt restructurings. Industry focus in Telecom and Generalist work.

Outside Director who headed the audit committee. Reviewed all merger candidates and sourced the merger partner. Assisted in the placing of the $30MM PIPE that took place at the merger closing.

Started and headed the Telecom investment banking practice. Member of investment banking operating committee. Sourced and processed over $5 billion in IPOs, high-yield offerings, private equity and debt placements, PIPEs, mergers and acquisitions.

Valued hundreds of properties and ran business development for the firm. Featured speaker at many industry conferences and provided expert testimony in many civil cases, including those involving the Federal government.
