- Provide high quality food on a large volume during service maintaining proper safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with catering/wedding events when necessary
- Also assist other stations in the kitchen when needed on feature dish nights
- Assist in coming up with and making staff meals
- Assist in the dish pit when necessary, following safety and sanitation standards
- Assist in closing the kitchen in a timely, efficient manner
- I worked the back line of the kitchen which was responsible for burgers, cheese curds, shucking oysters, and sushi on sushi night
- I also worked on the grill station which was responsible for cooking steak, king crab and other cuts of meat
