- A ground up 2 story 1500sqft custom home.

- Started with the slab pour.

-Next framed, sheathed with zip system, layed trusses, sheathed roof, metal roof, hardi and treated pine exterior. And all exterior doors installed.

- Focused on exterior work, Sheathing, windows, hardi siding, trim, added redwood bellyboard, and shingles.

- Wrapped and prepped for painting.

-I sprayed exterior and interior with my sprayer.

- Helped on a new project, a 2 story custom home, with a new team of 3 members.

- Finished hardi siding, custom redwood window and corner trim installed.

- Interior custom redwood sills and trim. Installation of flooring, baseboards, and cabinets.

- We were a three man team together we built a 2 story 1800sqft shop.

- Did a ground up build.

- Concrete work was included, poured patio's for shop.

- Included intricate beam work.

- Precise installation of windows, trim, and siding.

- Reduced material waste and costs by accurately measuring, cutting, and assembling building materials.

- Custom koi fish pond concrete pour in trinidad

- String lined, dug and pour stem wall for a new 1500sqft custom home.

• Together we built from ground up, a 900sqft 2 story ADU
• Started a full remodel in Arcata
• Smaller jobs, concrete work, foundations, decks, fencing, painting and demo
• Created spread sheets for material list, labor cost, and final job estimate, to give to the client
• Upon request I have photo albums of all past jobs

• Managed and oversight of the farm and its work force
• Helped develop new sites, from building to road work to grading

• Overseeing the production, work quality, and organization of the farm and its other employees
• Employees ranging from 15-35 ppl depending on time of year
• Worked long hours to ensure success in the production gain and company in general
• Helped develop new sites, building large Metal green houses
• Involved in the growth of a multi million dollar company until they moved to Santa Barbara, southern California
