• Analyze client's existing HVAC infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations based on industry practice

Tasked with the daily management field operations, employee training, and ensuring they are providing outstanding service to our customers. Company with headquarters in Tampa but that provides state-wide services, I was tasked to service southern Florida, from Coral Gables to Stuart in the east area and from Naples to Fort Myers in the west area.

• Logistics, planning, and management of new Installations, repairs, and maintenance of commercial HVAC systems.
• Prioritized schedules to meet project objectives and general client requirements.
• Evaluate existing procedures to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze procedures costs to identify and improve savings.

Involved in the planning and organization of the construction and reconstruction of electrical transformers process. Guarantee the reuse of resources for the best management of the company's budget. Also getting involved in mechanical design and management of new projects.

Duties:

• Maintenance planner of electromechanical equipment.
• Maximize staff performance by assisting with training, evaluation, and coaching for better performance.
• Management of the Electrical Transformers test.
• Reduce risks by identifying potential dangers and proposing solutions.
• Management of new mechanical projects.
• Manage supplies and materials to keep the office well stocked.

Dominican Knits1 is a textile company that creates clothing for brands such as Calvin Klein, DKNY, American Eagle, and other global brand companies. There I was tasked with creating maintenance programs for production and auxiliary machines, which included the creation of procedures, checklists, and work orders, but also providing training to maintenance staff. Also the management of the energy sources (Electrical, and Natural gas), As well as of the wastewater treatment plant.

Duties:

• Programming preventive or corrective maintenance, analyzing cost, and budgeting for maintenance purposes.
• Work with production coordinator and maintenance staff to ensure all maintenance work is completed within schedule.
• Inventory management, ensuring stock availability for essential maintenance items.
• Work with contractors and outside vendors to acquire certain spares, machines, and labor.
