Spine Supply Chain Operations
· Synapse and Zero P Natural Supply Chain DRI to ensure NPI set builds were built timely and communicated constraints to the PCT teams if needed
· Manage and lead 2017 Project Darwin from a Supply perspective to ensure a streamlined process from the markets to the various Synthes and DePuy planners to coordinate planning and last time buys
· Place and manage intercompany purchase orders with Synthes GmbH network suppliers through monthly DRP process planning
· Identify and manage constraints to backorders, supply issues, NPI and base business set launches for CAPEX, FSL, Darwin and NPI set builds
· Facilitated weekly Synapse NPI set build meetings with the Suppliers to review constraints and work with the supplier to try and resolve any potential long term delays within manufacturing
· Facilitated weekly backorder meetings for DePuy/Synthes to collaborate on inventory availability

· Generated and analyzed monthly LIFR outputs and metrics for DePuy/Synthes and report data into dashboards used for the Spine Executive Reviews

· Analyzed Millstone Field inventory levels for potential asset disposal donations to help clean up un-used inventory before year end
· Generate daily reports using JDE ERP system to determine backorder risks and inventory projections by supplier
Rebates - Operations
· Prepared and analyzed internal rebate packages for processing payment on both commercial and Medicaid accounts within the revenue management system, Model N
· Communicated contract issues such as modifications, changes, discrepancies or conflicts to ensure proper invoicing
