· Research, identify, cultivate and steward donors with focus on individual solicitation strategy for top 25 donors.
· In FY22 secured 20 leadership gifts and 2 major gifts ($25,000+) while establishing relationships with lapsed and new high net worth donors on west coast.
· On point to lead Annual Fundl for the Athletic Department surpassing 2021 donor and revenue totals by 20% and 30% respectively.

· Leveraged NCAA partnerships thru licensed creation to amplify horizontal brand stories around Sustainability (Parley), Franchises (Z.N.E) and Inclusive sizing, ensuring aligned rollout with the brand across North America.

· Built relationships with key stakeholders at CrossFit to gain product approval and negotiated product offering based on athlete input and contractual obligations.
· Responsible for business strategy and integration of the CrossFit Online Store into Reebok landscape. Defined business model and KPI's for success. Led start up team to establish new platform and back-end distribution for the site.
· Directed paid search, SEO, social and email capture to ensure the CrossFit Store connected with the CrossFit community.
