-Works with the Member and Coordinator in developing press releases, newsletters, and other communications materials

-Assists the Member in preparing for committee meetings, session, public hearings, and meetings with constituent groups;

-Tracks legislation and advises the Member on bills and policy issues impacting constituents;

-Represented the Member at meetings with stakeholders, agencies, and community organizations.

-Conducts legislative research and supports policy initiatives and special projects;

-Tracks legislation and advises Member about bills and issues important to constituents;
-Coordinates the Member’s activities with constituent, community and interest groups, including meetings and event representation;
-Acts as Member’s principal liaison responding to office visits and telephone inquiries from community and various interest groups;
- Coordinates and prepares content for media, press, mailings, and newsletters; and
- Meets (and prepares for meetings) with constituents;
- Represents Member at meetings when necessary;
- Drafts correspondence to constituents and provides follow‑up with agencies, etc. on behalf of constituents;
- Conducts various research and legislative projects;

-Conducted policy research and legislative analysis across federal, state, and local levels to support client advocacy strategies.

-Monitored regulatory developments and produced briefings and reports with actionable insights for internal teams and stakeholders.

-Assisted in drafting advocacy materials, including policy memos and position statements, to support legislative outreach efforts.

-Researched legislative issues and drafted policy memos and summaries to support decision-making and bill development.

-Engaged with constituents to address inquiries and communicate updates on legislative and community initiatives.
-Supported community outreach by coordinating with local organizations and assisting with constituent casework.
